Q. How do we book you?

Once you have decided on KevinPaulPhotography as your wedding photographer please contact me and we will have an initial chat on the phone.
I will ask a few basic details and explain the booking process, preliminary book your day to my diary and we arrange to meet.

Q. What is the pre-wedding meeting for?
The pre-wedding meeting is a critical part of our wedding service. I get together with the Bride and Groom and discuss what photographs are required.
I will always work with you to establish what shots YOU want.
Convenient evening or weekend appointments are always available up to 8pm each evening to fit in with your work and family schedule.
During this meeting we will run through your plans for the day, show you our 'Real Wedding' albums, and answer any questions you may have.

Q. How do we secure your services?
A £100.00 deposit secures your day on any of my collections. This is deductable from your final costs.

You can pay any amount from your booking deposit right up to your Wedding Day via instalements by Cheque, Direct Bank Transfer, Cash
and KevinPaulPhotography now accepts all major Credit & Debit cards.
I even accept your final balance due 'On The Day' - N.B. This is on a 'Cash Only' basis.

Q. Are you insured?
Yes, KevinPaulPhotography carries Full Public Liability & Professional Indemnity Insurance.

Q. We are getting married in 2014 / 2015 - can we book you now?
Yes, Of course. I personally recommend that as soon as you have booked your wedding venue you then look at booking all other services you require for your Big Day,
including your photographer, as soon as possible to ensure you receive your preferred supplier.
KevinPaulPhotography will also 'Freeze' your prefered collection price at the point of receiving your deposit and booking confirmation.

Q. What areas do you cover?
As I am conveniently based just 10 minutes from J24 of the M1. I can easily cover, Leicestershire, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Mansfield, Chesterfield, Lincoln, Newark,
Sleaford, Corby, Kettering, Coventry, Tamworth & Rugeley, all at no extra charge.
Of Course, I will cover further afield and the whole of the UK with travelling expenses.

Q. Do you have backup equipment on the day?
Yes. I always bring a full range of backup equipment to every wedding. Especially Back Up Camera, extra storage cards, spare batteries and flash guns and if it looks
inevitable that images will have to be captured indoors I will also have studio lighting equipment to hand.

Q. Do we get to choose the images that go in our wedding book?
YES, most definately YES!
I firmly believe that it is YOUR wedding book - it is YOUR choice of what goes in it - I will start planning and compiling your Wedding Book and choose some images ready in preperation to simply add, remove or change accordingly to the final list you supply me.

Q. Can we speak direct to the people who have left testimonials in your GuestBook?
Yes. If you would like to speak directly to any Bride and Groom who have previously used me for their wedding photography, let me know and with their consent I will exchange details with you.
ALL the comments and feedback I have received either, on my website or on Facebook are from REAL Brides and Grooms and I truly value their kind words.

Q. Do you do site visits before the day?
Yes. Especially to any venue I have not been to before.

Q. How many photographs do you take on the day?
There is no limit to the amount of photographs that I take at any wedding.

Q. Can we choose some specific photographs on the day?
Yes of course and I encourage you to do so.
Although I endevour to capture everyone, there will almost certainly be some guests at your wedding you don't see very often but would like a photograph
with them as a reminder they were with you on your special day.
If you compile a 'Specifics' list, hand this to someone you know that I can confir with at some point throughout your day to ensure we complete your list.

Q. What time do you arrive and finish?
This is really dependent on the collection you have chosen. However, with all collections I will arrive at least 1 hour before at the venue of your ceremony.
Through experience this allows me to obtain images each of you do not see of the other, on the day.
It also permits me to introduce myself to the registrar, vicar, father etc and to establish any ground rules associated with the venue.
i.e. Can confetti be thrown and where? Am I restricted with the use of flash? etc, etc and finally I will NEVER leave without saying "Good-bye"
